Express Delivery (Canada): Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Orders are usually processed within 6–12 hours and delivered within 1–2 business days.

International Delivery: We ship to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched or is ready for dispatch.

Delivery Disclaimer

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

Returns

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
